Father’s Day Cards

This year’s Father’s Day Cards were created with a design from the Silhouette Store. Of course, I’m extra so I had to add some extra elements. They all fold flat to fit in a 5x7 envelope. I added a cute message on the back of each one for the recipient.

Mother’s Day Cards

I forgot to post these. They were made with the Anna Griffin basket pop-up die. Now she has the whole kit with the elements for the basket but I only purchased the basket die (that’s all they had on HSN). I had to get creative and come up with my own elements. They are from stashes all over my craft room!😂

Graduation card box

I was asked by my cousin to make a graduation card box for her son. He plays football and has a college scholarship so I went that theme. The 3D elements, football, graduation cap and football player,  are from the Silhouette Design Store. I used vinyl and cardstock to create this box. The size of the box is 13 x 18 so my wide format printer came in handy.

Graduation board

This is the first of a few items I made for our family graduates. This was challenging because the board is so wide and tall (36x48) and I’m short! I don’t think that I will ever make another one! I created everything on this board with the help of my Cameo 4. I got the pictures off of Facebook and edited them in my Silhouette software. I did print and cuts on the football player and the Cougar, everything else is either cardstock or vinyl.

Happy New Year!

I made these cards to send out to a few family friends for the New Year. The gnome is from the silhouette store layered 3 times. The 2021 was cut with my Cameo and popped up with black sticky foam.

Happy New Year from my family to yours!

Health Fair Project and Poster

One of the things I like about my new job is that I get to use my crafty skills for Health Fairs. This was made for a Health and Fitness Health Fair at one of the local middle schools that we partner with.  For the tri-fold board, I used printable vinyl , regular vinyl and cardstock. The "My Plate" is made with a charger plate and vinyl.

The Sugar content for each drink will be added before the Fair. We haven't measured it at this time.

Castle Card in a Box

I am participating in an event called #Birthday Card Party for Tammi. Now I don't know her personally but her story is so sweet. Here's a tidbit from the event page: Tammi is a sweet, kind, and loving young adult who suffers from multiple medical problems and learning disabilities. Her wish is to receive 100 cards for her birthday on June 1st. Do you think we can make this happen for her? Tammi likes kitty cats, flowers, butterflies, rainbows, doing arts & crafts of any kind, and her favorite colors are red & pink.

I had to participate because I love making cards and 3D projects. Most importantly, it's for a good cause.....to make someone happy!!!

This is the Card in a Box I made for Tammi. The file is from #SVGCUTS  and fits perfectly in a 6 x 6 envelope or you can use the envelope that comes with the file.

3-D Masculine Card

I have had this kit for almost 3 years and never used it. The main reason is because I didn't understand how the pieces worked together, but now that I'm a little more experienced with making3-D projects, I decided to give it another go. I love how it turned out. I decided to add it to my Masculine Cards projects I'm working on this month. The kit is by Ecstasy Crafts Inc. It's full of ideas so I may try a few others later on.

3-D Birdcage and Matching Card

Hello Peeps!!!  I hope all is well with you today.

For the last few weeks, I have really felt like I was in a crafting slump, so I decided to challenge myself with a 3-D project. I chose a birdcage from the Silhouette America online store. The designer is Rivka Wilkins and you can get the construction details here. It was a bit challenging but I must admit, I enjoyed it and I hope you like it.
