Charger Plate

I handmade the flowers on this one.  You may not be able to tell but I used the Shimmer Goosebumps spray to give them some texture and shine.  The spray also makes the flowers firm so they don't crush too easily. The flourish at the bottom is actually a mistake.  It was supposed to go all the way around the plate but vinyl tore and I wasn't about to waste what I had already cut so I improvised!!
