Afrocentric Masculine Birthday Card

Hello everyone.

I know it's been a while since I posted anything but my Mojo went on a leave of absence and hasn't completely returned yet.

Anyway, I wanted to share a card I was asked to make. It was a little difficult because it had to be:
1. Afrocentric in nature - so off to Google I went
2. Masculine - yall know I hate masculine cards~no bling.
3. Have features 1 and 2 and still be a Birthday Card.

This is what I came up with. Thankfully the requester loved it. I hope the recipient did too.

Inside

I used: Stampin Up Bohemian Designer Series Paper

Stampin Up Island Indigo card stock 

Gold foil Candi Dots     

The image is one I traced off of Google and cut with my Cameo. 

I came up with the wording.

I popped up the oval to give more deminsion
