I was happy to make this card for a relative's baby shower. She has since had a beautiful baby girl! The pop-up card is by Lori Whitlock and is available in the Silhouette Store as well as on her website. I changed a few of the elements and put my own spend on them but the basic card is the same. I also made the clouds in the window by using torn paper as stencils and inking. The Welcome New baby is also from the Silhouette Store.
